Shipping costs

All shipping and local taxes are calculated during check-out.  For larger orders (i.e. three volumes or more) and overseas shipping please contact DASMusic@dasworks.com.

Returns

If any of our volumes (i.e. Motet books, or CDs) are damaged via shipping, we’ll replace it without you having to return it. Simply take a photo of the damage and send it with your name and contact information to DASMusic@dasworks.com.

Refunds

Unless you received the wrong item via shipping, there are no refunds for purchased and shipped products.  Regarding downloads and streaming, kindly let us know what the problem is, and we’ll try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your privacy

We keep your information private and will not share it with anyone.  We will send an occasional email letting you know about music and other content recently added to the site.  Note: We do not retain your credit card information.  While this may be an occasional nuisance, it’s the wiser and more secure solution.
